Russell St. Bernard — known as Reverend Russ — has spent more than 16 years serving in executive leadership inside the local church. What started as a calling to youth ministry grew into a journey through Director of Ministries, Director of Strategic Operations, and now Chief Operating Officer at Kingdom Fellowship AME Church in the DC Metro area — one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing congregations in the country, led by Senior Pastor Matthew L. Watley.

Along the way Russell discovered something that changed how he leads: when people understand how they are wired, everything gets better. Communication improves. Trust deepens. Teams stop managing each other's weaknesses and start maximizing each other's strengths.
